I have been working at aviya full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good life/work balance, good place to enter the Aerospace industry
The company's focus is on new graduated people who do not have any real working experience. So, you can step in and improve your resume.

    Cons

Low salaries, No benefits or pension plans, poor health insurance
You will work as a contractor for a big company and often you will not be given any opportunities to advance in your job.
