Pros
This is an ok place to start and get experience, but after that you should move on and you'll be surprised how many clients follow you. Most of the stylists who work here are a blast.
Cons
Very low pay for this industry, too much pressure to sell retail, ignored if you voice a suggestion, and a lot of hard work that can go unnoticed.
Advice to Senior Management
Stylists should make a minium of $11 an hour. Value the stylists who actually don't ef up all their haircuts.
