    Pros

The job can be fun at times. Driving machines is fun.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Team leaders and supervisors are lazy and incompetent. Human Resources has no clue about what really goes on.

    Advice to Management

Get involved with the employees and don't hesitate to help out. Team Leaders especially need to realize that they are still employees and still have to work!

    Pros

It had decent pay for a starting job for someone in their late teens/early 20's. Good hours too

    Cons

Oh where to begin. First off its the same work day after day after day. This gets boring fast and with some pretty dab music in the background it drives you nuts. As someone stated before on here, its very male driven females don't seem to have much room for advancement from within which is pretty sad. As a college student I was hoping I could work part time or for them to be flexible with my hours but nope, wouldn't budge an inch and refused to drop me down to part time.

    Advice to Management

Get better Management and and HR (which is pretty bad tbh). Be flexible with College students

    Pros

    Decent benefits and creative environment

    Cons

Most of current management has no idea what they are doing. There is no loyalty to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Get involved with your employees to find out what is really going on in each department

    Pros

    Benefits, vacation time, easy work

    Cons

The pay is terrible, coworkers are equally terrible. There is no advancement here if you are female, males are clearly favored here. Certain employees keep their jobs for insane reasons. Do not work here if you don't have to.

    Advice to Management

Tell people to mind their own business, stop favoritism, and take complaints seriously.

    Pros

Some awsome co-workers to work with. Some parts of management are nice to work under. Easy-going place to work at some times of the year.

    Cons

Private company. Will not provide info on profits made for the year to distribute profit sharing to employees. I love this quote from H.R. "if it goes for one, it goes for all". but in reallity that means they will curry favoritism for some employees whom have a mental disabillity, or are trying to finish school, but WILL NOT do it for everyone. Thats FACT! Unless your name is on the building, you're not gonna make a living wage.

    Advice to Management

These are dead-end jobs. Help the people who've broken their backs for you to help provide themselves a better future through colligiate education.

    Pros

Very easy work that does not take a lot of effort so it is what you make of it but nothing to kill your self over

    Cons

the work is the same thing every day... you look at the same boxes every day and horrible music everyday

    Advice to Management

quit and allow people that know how to run a warehouse. dont let people walk all over you and most importantly stop letting slackers get away with murder there are plenty of people that are willing to work that will do twice the work for half the pay and show up on time and everyday with out a problem....
