I have been working at e-Business International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They got me an opportunity with in a short span of time and they are very transparent about the process. Having good talents in Marketing team and they get project promptly upon completion of current assignment where rarely they keep us on bench but not more than couple of weeks. They work through preferred vendor most of the time but that does not affect our rate expectation where they get what we need as per the market

    Cons

Being well established in the market they don’t do direct deposit which a negative. I saw some initiatives taken in recent days to fix the direct deposit problem but I’m not sure how far this is going to be taken care as they have promised the same sometimes back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to make direct deposit ASAP as that will help us alot.

    I worked at e-Business International

    Pros

The show you great candidates who can tech out positively

    Cons

I partnered with E Business for two separate consultants they had on bench. I received offers for both and was extremely transparent with them through the process. They kept telling me they couldn't send over the contract until the consultant's start date only to find out that they kept the consultants interviewing and pulled them from the opportunities that I had placed them in. BEWARE! There is no guarantee they will send your candidate in for their assignement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show your partners some type of assurance that if we work hard to get your consultants into our clients that they will be sent in. Sign contracts early!

    Pros

Nothing. They don't have any pro.

    Cons

Everything. Their attitude is really bad. They don't have any clients.
Their marketing team (so called) is pathetic.
Their management is inferior to 12th grade student.
    Their attorney selection is laughable.

    Wait for paper check salary.

They will do anything to get you late payment from their side.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better you close the company.

I have been working at e-Business International full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Very transparent in negotiations of rate. So if you work in 80/20 model you know they pay exactly what they agreed with you.
Will CC you in all vendor communications while negotiating rate.
Started GC process withing 3 months of joining as promised during H1 transfer.
Pays for H1 transfer. we only have to pay for premium processing.
Pays on time so far. its been 2 yrs so don't see a problem there.

    Cons

Like others have mentioned, pays by check and not direct deposit.
No direct clients. They will market you but most likely you will have to find client yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at e-Business International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Not a single Pro. I wouldn't consider them as an US Employer at all

    Cons

1.They are going to send an Email to agree that you need to join with them immediately upon LCA. They don't care about getting the visa transfer approval or your old company resignation process. All they want to make money by using you.
    2. They will pay you by check and they are going to send check every month by 5th -7th. by that time you will go mad by with all your bills
    3. They are ONLY going to pay your LCA. they will hold your remaining 80% of your share and they will pay you in every quarter which they call as discretionary bonus. which means that they can either pay you or not. trust me ! they did not pay me my 80% of money for 4 months
    4. They will not even care about you or your family when you are not in a project and they will never help you to get a good project as they don't have any direct clients
    5. Their attorney is not going to respond to you if you get a RFE. they will file your RFE on the last date of submission and they make your life misery
    6. Their legal team is one of worst team in the entire company and they will never respond your emails.
    7. The list will still go for days. If you ask all the above , they will simply send you a termination notice. NEVER EVER THINK OF JOINING OR VENDORING WITH THEM!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Close the company down

I worked at e-Business International full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

you are free to switch clients

    Cons

As an ex-employee had horrible experience with e-business, I wanted to write this review. They cheat desi candidates, they dont have any reputation among any clients, even prime vendors will never mind them; if candidate's resume is good then only they will get some interviews schedules that is not because of their relationships with clients or prime vendors. they don't pay salaries once you leave the company. it will be kind of shocks for the individuals like me whose live·li·hood depends on the salary. never join with this bunch of fools. You can not talk to any of their senior management forget about their CEO. nobody has any clue about their CEO they will never disclose his name as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be sincere to your words. Dont try to exploit people who works for you and generate revenue for you.
