free bagels, work life balance, training opportunities. Alot of very smart and dedicated people that you get to interface with.
Cons
trees in the parking lot tend to drop alot of sap on the cars. seems to be alot of management churn over the past year.
Advice to Senior Management
I guess the one piece of advice or feedback I would give is for management to stay focused on their objectives
