Details
Pros
CIO is good; coworkers are friend; flexible working hours; recently no over hours. Good location and easy to access. No traffic in the morning
Cons
Always need to worry about losing job. Management is not that good; always lack of requirement when a work is done.
Advice to Senior Management
Not real IT company; need good project management; should be no monopoly of the knowledge; business should be better defined to grow.
