Pros – Great environment, great co-workers and great product.
Cons – After changing management, the company was down the hill.
Pros – The coworkers in all departments were friendly and pleasant to interactive with. All brought good ideas to the table and carried their own weight.
Cons – There was a major misunderstanding between marketing, operations and real revenue which lead to a death spiral. Many good people were let go.
Advice to Senior Management – Executive management needed to communicate the objectives without making it a moving target.

Pros – Benefits: Medical, denta,l 401k. Not much you can say about this company very small business
Cons – All commision job, and Management is terrible. They do not care about you personally except keeping your numbers up.. Not a stable place to work, you will get fired as quickly as getting hired. Find a company who appreciates your hard work and doesn't just fire you because they do not like you. Mostly everyone who was let go was because of personal reasons. Not professional at all
Advice to Senior Management – Grow up and realize you are representing a company and not just yourself

-Call center environment somewhat like elementary school. Extremely low class people working here. Managers are petty and immature. They don't seem to realize or care that this is a place of business.
-Lack of stability. Always in fear of losing your job.
-Non existent Human Resource department
Advice to Senior Management – Please begin some type of selection process when hiring managers. Not everyone has the emotional maturity to be a leader. Work on ironing out the kinks in the product.
Pros – CIO is good; coworkers are friend; flexible working hours; recently no over hours. Good location and easy to access. No traffic in the morning
Cons – Always need to worry about losing job. Management is not that good; always lack of requirement when a work is done.
Advice to Senior Management – Not real IT company; need good project management; should be no monopoly of the knowledge; business should be better defined to grow.
