    Pros

Awesome opportunities for developing my career
Amazingly international and moving forward fast
    Fantastic product, really powerful system
    Great clients, great projects
Very smart colleagues from whom you can learn a lot

    Cons

They sometimes don't get rid of lazy people as fast as they should. This is frustrating because when others are working hard, some are enjoying the well-paid job doing much less!
They should apply stiffer technical & financial tests when hiring new employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the communication between the different offices
Dismiss faster people who are not contributing to the company's growth
Improve communication about open opportunities in international offices

    Former Employee - Software Engineer

    Pros

Young teams, fast growing company, nice languages/tools

    Cons

Quick and dirty development made a way of being, and promoted by management at every level: top management, product managers, team managers...
No knowledge and rejection of any kind of good practices, maintainability, modularity. Some narrow minded and low technical skills colleagues.
Huge technical debt (out-dated concepts in the core of their frameworks, cut-n-pasted code everywhere, maintainability and re-usability of existing code base close to zero) that slows down developments a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn about the industry standards about quality, modularity, maintainability.

Former Employee - Software Engineer in Paris (France)

    Pros

Young and dynamic company, with a strong engineering background. Wide range of skills needed. Close relation with the client. All scales of projects.

    Cons

Poor level of knowledge due to a high turnover: only few key managers. Bad visibility on career opportunity. Top management unable to estimate what it takes to meet expected quality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

On a purely technical point of view : slow down development and raise quality to the highest standard. Be open and listen to your people.
