    Be honest and demonstrate integrity in dealing with employees and clients. Get rid of managers who run things based on personal agendas

    Pros

    Opportunity, opportunity, opportunity. With the doors that they continue to open it is very exciting to work with them.

    Cons

    Their expansion is so strong that one of the nagative byproducts is poor communication. You have to make sure you're on point and proactive to get updates and current status.

    Pros

    Domain is fixed. Only Health care which is a stable vertical.....

    Cons

    - As a .NET developer I was moved to non .NET fields even after my request just to keep the client - Management never listens to employees. - Favoritism to some thereby losing the most deserving employees - Hiring too many people without a target and posting them in projects unrelated to their skills - It is the prerogative of the manager to blame the developers if the former's plans are unrealistic

    Advice to Management

    Hear us....don't neglect your employees. Get appropriate resources and plan things properly. Your employee retention capability is dropping by the month....

    Pros

    salary components are good if you want to save some money

    Cons

    No hikes, given very lame reasons. Not ready to share the self assessment ratings, for each and everything you want to discuss with the manager then HR should be involved. Managers are useless and fit for nothing. There are very less projects and once the project gets over, you'll be asked to leave the company. No job security. No value for employees even if you perform well

    Try to respect the employees and stop seeing them as slaves

    Pros

    they provide free candies. Else, pros of this company is ZERO.

    Cons

    extreme politics treat employees as slaves nasty working environment job is unstable at this company. any time at any moment they can throw can employee. u can not take a leave. A single day sick leave is a big issue. employees use to work there for 12 to 14 hrs for extreme work pressure. poor and bad management level. no work life balance. salary of any sweeper of other is greater than an engineer of this company.

    they don't take advice that's why they are still now as it is, as they were founded in 1999

    They don't want human, they want machine those can learn all off the technology with in days, even they don't care if you are coming office in saturday and sunday also how much you are doing. They can't accept the three days leave. If you took three days leave, they will throw the people..... Worst compny

    Worst environment, Worst management, People are rubbish and all are nontechnical

    you should know the difference between human n machine, and they should know the meaning of #Work/Life Balance.

    Pros

    emids gives great compensation especially if you are a lateral hire The facilities they provide are decent and comparable to most small organisations The infrastructure (except for location) is also good. The hardware and software provided are also good.

    Cons

    Horrific culture. Absolute lack of values. Least employee friendly. No value towards us as humans.

    Advice to Management

    emids could have been a great company except for the lack of an organisation culture. The culture that is existing in the company is extremely immature. In almost all organisations, I have noticed that the HR usually supports the employee and looks into their grievance, however at emids, the HR acts as a facilitator of the management and aids in the destruction of an employee's morale. Second problem is the way they identify key performers, people who steal credit, people who are popular and those who can please the management irrespective of their work quality are often recognised thus destroying the morale of good employees. Thirdly, the organisation does not give value to their own promises. Management seems to think that they can get away with verbally abusing and mistreating employees. Fourthly, personal relations are given a lot of importance while appraising employees. If you have a great rapport with your manager or the managers up above, then your life is easy at emids irrespective of your work. You will meet many such "free riders" in the company. If any of you reading this feel that I am wrong and that my views are skewed please feel to contact current/past employees and get an opinion. 80% of the people who have worked or ever worked with emids will not be happy with it as a company. Besides think as you may, the people writing reviews are not venting frustration. So many people can't be wrong! And too over so many years!! In spite of being more that 10 years, this company has found limited growth only due to it's poor culture, whereby good employees do not feel like giving their cent percent. People who get into this company are good, they come with good intention, but it is the culture that spoils them when they realise that politics works here better than employee performance. So if are cunning, well versed in dirty politics, can step over people on your way to the top - (wo)man this is your dream company!
