    I worked at ePERFORMAX

    Pros

    There is room for improvement, creative and artistic people, flexible time, cool pantry with television set and vending machine, we get free food occasionally and drinks we have iced tea and lemonade and specially the coffee because the company mainly operates graveyard shifts PHT, free play station at the game room, perks and awards, bonuses to motivate employees, festive environment specially on special occasions, fun and friendly co-workers, feels like my second home.

    Cons

    There are no exception even when there is a storm, basic salary is quite low, discharging some employees is always considered specially when some Accounts would pull out because of service satisfaction has not been met, same goes to most call centers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I could only imagine how management meet all the ups and downs in annual investments and financial costs. I have great respect to the CEO, only advice is keep up the good work and be healthy.

    i got promoted twice in a year from a Quality officer to a Trainer position. They recognized my skills and abilities. They recognize my recommendations. They give abundant feedback for work growth and transparency.

    Pros

    Will train you longer than any other bpo, like it could actually take you 1 year in training there if you're not passing their certifications which is a lot, no joke. They will base the lenght of your training to your callcenter knowledge and abilities. If you're a 1st timer you will benefit from the training but the longer you stay in training, the more pressure you'll get.

    Cons

    9 hours working time including lunch + 1hr additional phone time + 30mins preshift meeting + 30 mins post shift meeting + 30 mins call listening/coaching. If you're still a trainee, 14K is the basic (depends on position&/or account) No night diff, no double pay for holidays, no OT pay.

    I understand you would like to train agents to be the best that they can be but the working hours and the salary is not worth it for everyone.

    This is the best company for newbies. They will train you very well.
    You can apply for a higher position within 4 months!

    Cons

    Some of the trainers have favoritism.

    The best trainer, best training, dynamic account, best practices. AWESOME!

    Cons

    Too far from my house. I travel almost 4 hours a day(2 hours back and forth) which is stressful physically and financially and it affects my performance

    Pros

    Competitive salary, excellent working environment, awesome management. The best thing about working at ePerformax is that they listen to the employees needs and does something about it in a timely manner.

    Cons

    Well you get to work at night which is a bit hazardous and if you are not physically fit you may get sick often.

    Always increase salary, everyone loves that, or have more perks or bonuses or anything that has bucks in it is always great.
