Former Employee – worked at ePERFORMAX full-time for more than a year
Pros – Competitive salary, excellent working environment, awesome management. The best thing about working at ePerformax is that they listen to the employees needs and does something about it in a timely manner.
Cons – Well you get to work at night which is a bit hazardous and if you are not physically fit you may get sick often.
Advice to Senior Management – Always increase salary, everyone loves that, or have more perks or bonuses or anything that has bucks in it is always great.

Pros – small company, meaning they can watch over you closely.
Cons – becuase their staffing is too minimal, they overwork people.

Current Employee – been working at ePERFORMAX as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – At ePERFORMAX, you will feel @ home, they will train you and polish you to your best and enrich your knowledge to the max. They will take care of you beacause they believe that you're worth it.
Cons – I cannot say anything bad about them because all i received from them are for the good of their trainees and employees as well.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good job!!! Be the best !!!

Current Employee – been working at ePERFORMAX full-time for more than a year
Pros – One of the reasons on why it is better to choose ePERFORMAX out of the contact centers here in the Philippines if because of on how they provide bonuses, allowances, and salary. It's all about the money!
Cons – While the only thing that I can say about ePERFORMAX is when they are giving extra hours to all of the phone agent that is so tiring and could cause of some illnesses like tonsilitis and migraine, which only consider as some of the examples that you can get.
Advice to Senior Management – Fix the work hours into 8 hrs only.

Pros – Performance based company. Good compensation plans for agents
Cons – I personally did not experience a lot of opportunities for career growth. Leave credits are lower than competitiors

Former Employee – worked at ePERFORMAX
Pros – we basically had an easy work. generally nice people to work with. you would get a free cell phone there.
Cons – politics is a big issue there. bias works a lot in the company especially in getting recommendations for promotion which is not fair. kiss ass people gets promoted faster than those hardworking and smart ones.
Advice to Senior Management – i hope they would treat their agents well. agents should be treated as people and not as a robot period
