I have been working at eTeam full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They have Requirements to work on. Reviews are Misleading 100%!!! All his Top Management Quit in 2012-2013. Owner got greedy and started stealing from everyone's commission and bonus. Do yourself a favor and stay away from firm!

    Cons

This place is a revolving door because the Owner has a bad habit of stealing your commission and bonus. Makes Fake promises when you join and will never deliver till you Exit after making all the placement for him. Threats employees like dirt!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop Stealing; we as your employees also have Family and Hopes and Dreams ! When you steal from us you steal from our children and our future! Please respect us employees as human-beings and not animals.

    I worked at eTeam full-time

    Pros

Does not apply cause there is none.

    Cons

Totally mismanaged company right from the top. It is a family owned business and only one person makes all the decisions. It is a nightmare to get paid. The accounting dept is non-existence. Every time you are promised but never get paid. Their customer service is way below average and for them it is "our way or highway". All the good reviews you see are from their teams in India. Stay away and think twice before considering...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advices are given to those who are willing to listen. Here they are so full of themselves that they think they know it all.

I worked at eTeam as a contractor

    Pros

I'm grasping for straws here, I guess that they did pay me. This would be the only Pro

    Cons

To many to list, do yourself a favor and listen to the others here. Move on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit trying to make a quick buck and actually help your employees. Also the 5 star reviews from your Indian team isn't fooling anyone but you.

I have been working at eTeam full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

nice enviroment and ample opportunities and help from management
incentives are best in the market. They value a Performing recruiter 500000. Only thing a recruiter needs to do is 1000 calls/ 40 submitals/ 8 interviews with 8 dollar margin start. If anybody achieve this target then that recruiter will earn 500000/12 salary plus incentives. This means a 15000/- person has an opportunity to earn more than 50000/ per month minimum.

    Cons

Nothing.... but i think we should do some leadership outing with CEO

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Director needs to be lineant. He is strict but never inteferes uneccessarily.
