    Pros

    They place a fair number of people at Google, which is a good place to work, even as a contractor.

    Cons

    Very poor communication, poor managers, unreliable in general. If someone at eTouch says they will get back to you within 1 week, be prepared for up to a 1-2 month wait. Non-reply to an email question is quite common. This is epidemic within the company. Commitments mean nothing to them. Communication in general is really poor.

    The retention rate in my group for the year is very low. More than half have left eTouch even though the contract was at Google.

    Advice to Management

    Begin to act like professionals. Even though you have an unlimited supply of H1B visa people to choose from, start to act like a normal company that actually cares about and tries to retain their employees.
