Former Employee - Senior Cloud Engineer in Belgrade (Serbia)

I worked at euNetworks Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Newest technologies and very good company to work for. Both for just finished students and also for experienced engineers. Team culture is also good and good people to work with. Good for next career progression.

    Cons

Career progression inside the company is little bit tricky. Sometimes they would hire from outside, rather than hiring internally someone from different team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would advise giving more perspective for employees in terms of career path inside the company and allowing them to progress in directions they want.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in London, England (UK)

I have been working at euNetworks Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, laptops provided for all employees

    Cons

lower and mid management is unqualified and lack management skills
HUGE staff turnover - have seen 12 people leave in less than 6 months (less than 100 employees at London office)
very slow at implementing improvements - if even considered. Advise is generally disregarded.
could be A LOT more efficient and quicker.
no consequences for slacking - a lot of DEAD WEIGHT
salaries are Very low - therefore contractors are refusing move to permanent employment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more money on keeping good people and less on the Dead Weight that is holding the company back. Listen to suggestions and implement improvements, now the company is still small enough to make it better and prepare it for times when through aquisition or growth the company is too big to change.

Former Employee - Product Management Intern in London, England (UK)

I worked at euNetworks Group as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    - a medium-size company which competes with huge corporations is a dynamic place
    - everyone is helpful and interns are treated equally, e.g. work on real, important projects
    - interns (and other employees as well) had the opportunity to learn about other departments of the company and telecom industry in general via, among others, brown bag sessions.
    - great manager!

    Cons

    - there could be more structure in my internship, so I could do my work quicker, but on the other hand it required creativity and some independence in leading the project, so it can be seen as a postive thing.

    Cons

Small company means you get involved with things that is not part of your job description (which can be a pros) , as for most small company , they do not have a great amount of financial resources to spend on official training etc...

Provide more expenses in official training and career progressio.
