Just for the start-ups !! 6-7 months are enough.

    Research Associate (Current Employee)
    New Delhi (India)

ProsOkay to start with (But ofcourse, there are other companies better than this).
    Relaxed atmosphere.
    No pressure.

    ConsBad pay master.
Not sure on the shifts at any given day.
    Transport facility is really bad.
Meal is not up to the mark.
No growth opportunities - straight curve- same work to do for coming years- No learning at all-
All for profit- No work satisfaction.
No profit sharing from the company when deserved.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe sincere and introduce better work conditions.
Understand that employees do have their personal life too, so kindly share it equally.
Try to adapt better working procedures from the companies of the same profile (Market Research Giants) and please execute the same.
Mere tiny incentives doesn't suffice or make employees stay in the company.

    Advice to HR-
Don't act so smart, your employees are not fool. You change the CTC of any employee as and when required (Deducting incentives brackets and adding the same to the fixed salary part when employee get promoted and shows that the CTC has increased).
