    Coperative, helpful and highly understanding manager....she is always available....no matter what hour of the day

    Monetary part could be considered a soother but trust me, don't come here because you see some gliiter. IT IS NOT GOLD.

    Cons

    Baniya culture, shouting on floor, irregular work timings, perenial stretches, worst management... the list would go on

    Shut down the company or change your AVP

    Pros

    Subsidised canteen food, Cab Facility, which they have started charging for since Jan 2014.

    Cons

    1. HR hires people according to their vacancies in different departments, not according to the applicants educational degree 2. No fixed shift timing, rotates every 2-4 weeks. 3. Poor management, very less growth in terms of hierarchy, designation

    Advice to Management

    Please hire people according to their Degree, MBA or B.tech, not according to your department requirements.

    Pros

    Researchers have many chances to participate different projects in different industries and different regions. Flexible working hours, depend on where is the clients and their timezone.

    Cons

    Project managers had different working styles, but not every one would love to guide team members.

    Advice to Management

    I suggest they should provide leadership training when they promote project managers.

    Pros

    1.Cab facility 2. Food facility at a subsidised rates.

    Cons

    1.They do not see your qualification, what you are best at, they will hire you according to their requirements. A B.Tech/MBA guy can be hired for a calling profile. 2. No information on shift timings, you will be informed just one day before. 3. Pay scale is very low compared to the huge work they allot. 4. Office looks like more of a village, no professionalism in found in any person, till the time I was there.

    Advice to Management

    1.Please hire people according to their qualification and experience(if applicable), and not according to your requirements.

    None actually becoz they do not posses anything positive at all.

    Cons

    1. Too much politics 2. no work management 3. blame game among employees 4. senior management only faithful to senior analysts 5. no specific criteria for performance evaluation 6. salary not paid on time 7. uncertainty over organization future 8. no growth and development opportunities 9. no work life balance 10. policies made against employees not for them. 11. Copal culture being followed 13. negative atmosphere 14. everybody wants to leave the organization
