Advice to Senior Management – Bring this company back, bring the old crew back, and start building great software again as you did back in the early 90's

Pros – Staff was hard working and enduring. Operations did the best they could with limited resources. Inside sales did a good job finding prospects.
Cons – To executive management, cash was king, a philosophy that overruled all other considerations. Customer complaints were frequent, project deadlines came and went. Employees were micromanaged, responsibilities changed without notice.
Advice to Senior Management – Respect your customer base, for starters.

Pros – work from home and flexible personal days off
Cons – have been acquired several times already and culture has drastically changed from the original company
Advice to Senior Management – Be truthful to the employees on the state of the organization
