Pros – The benefits is about the only bright spot with this outfit. However, the stock purchase has been a disaster.
Cons – Income is considerably less than what is used by recruiters. Management doesn't seem to know what's going on and has difficulity getting answers. Employee moral is very low due to the constant administrative changes and errors. All reps are micro managed. Now have too many different products...totally confuses the customer. Reps required to sell internet products without the assistance of laptops...still doing triple copy handwritten contracts!
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it simple, hire people that do not need to be micro managed, and get the software errors fixed. Eliminate the middle management positions and quit spreadsheet forcasting sales on a daily basis. Spend more time with clients.
