Sales Consultant (Former Employee) Nicholasville, KY

Prosrelaxed atmosphere and very nice co workers. I loved that we had group christmas parties and also were able to get discounted service through work.

ConsVery low pay comparable to other Sprint franchises. In addition to low pay there was not much opportunity for upward mobility. Responsibilities did not match pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementClose down stores and pay your better sellers more. Company was too stretched out.
