- Open culture
- Opportunity to work with top notch customers
- Complex and challenging supply chain problems
- Smart peopleCons
- too much of org changes
- many top management decisions flopped leading to slow recovery
- Not many of those smart people are around nowAdvice to Senior Management
I think it is too late now, hope new strategy would work. Management should have focused on core supply chain products strategy and improved customer usage.
