    Great executive team, benefits(401k plan) and overall company as a whole

    Cons

    Acquired by a larger company, so all the management, benefits and structure changed.

    Pros

    Relatively flat management structure. Beyond that, there is nothing much positive to relate. Perhaps corporate employees fare better, but I have no personal knowledge of such

    Cons

    Plays contract employees off each other. Poor salary negotiations. Poor business practices and planning. Bad interaction with government clients

    Advice to Management

    You need to value contract employees a lot more
