    Pros

    very casual, laid back, can wear t shirt, jeans & sneakers to work if you wanted to. independence, can usually work alone

    Cons

    Not too much interaction with coworkers unless it's about work Not a lot of training, just more learn as you go along

    Help make the workplace a more cohesive place & promote more interaction with coworkers & provide better training for new employees

    Pros

    Great employees and a very good atmosphere for the most part, but certain people can make it very stressful due to a lack of communication.

    Cons

    The lack of communication between associates causes strong tension between everyone and recognition for your work is not always there.

    Advice to Management

    Look at other firms strengths in organization and the way they treat there employees and learn from them, you get what you pay for.

    Interesting job, great people willing to help , support to get qualification (acca), good history - hedge funds admin leader , good networking,

    Cons

    lack of good training, communication could be much better, no benefis - all was taken, nobody stops the best people so they leave, a lot of items have changed after we were acquired by SS. I miss old , good ifs

    Try to keep good people, do not let them go
