    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat employees and a very good atmosphere for the most part, but certain people can make it very stressful due to a lack of communication.

ConsThe lack of communication between associates causes strong tension between everyone and recognition for your work is not always there.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook at other firms strengths in organization and the way they treat there employees and learn from them, you get what you pay for.

    Very Agile

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsVery good exposure to various modules. The learning curve is great in one word. The work environment is also very warm.

ConsHigh attrition. No proper definition of work scope and guidance is not good. The quality of trainers have dropped drastically.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore focus on the growth of the employees will stop the knowledge drain. The retention of good resources is very important.

Advice to Senior ManagementWe need a good structure in place to keep our staff in house and not lose potential great staff to other companies
