Perfect as long as you are ok with being a greyhound dog on a race track

    Logistics (Former Employee)
    Orlando, FL

ProsA lot of great people work for this company, certain groups/teams became very close, gained a lot of knowledge and experience while working for this company.

ConsA continuous promise for advancement without compensation. Ran by "the good ol boys group", again not compensating women the same way they do the men. HR was very unprofessional in many ways.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensate good work, you would probably keep talented employees that have a lot to offer a growing company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Territory Manager

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsNone, don't work there. They have NO business sense and a lot of the people who work there have no clue about business. The management is just milking the company to line their pockets

ConsStupid people who are clueless on how to work with and treat customers. They should good with all their digital stuff and RFIC but have lost 10's of thousand of their pallets and they have no clue how to find or retrieve them. They spent money like water on the stupidest things.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet out of business. How many times can you bankrupt a company and still find suckers to invest in your company. You screwed the innovator and owner out of his company and products, so why wouldn't you do it again and again? How many times can you try to rev up business and then never follow thru on anything. You should be ashamed to of yourselves.

    Management does not communicate

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe people doing the work in the home office/field are among the best in the business. They will go through walls to achieve their goals.

ConsThe corporate office does not give the employees the information and tools necessary to achieve their goals. Management effectively builds walls between employees and success.

    Management nightmare

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Orlando, FL

ProsDecent pay, benefits were a dream (fully paid healthcare for all employees and their dependents. They took away shares from employees recently, but that was a nice plus. They've also recently changed their leave times, but it's still better than most companies would give employees. Work/life balance has recently gotten much better.

ConsThe new management doesn't have a clue what it is doing. Not only were they inexperienced for supply chain, but they lacked even a small amount of common sense. The board always ran things and became over-involved several years ago and that's when the company started spiraling into failure and demise. Your direct manager usually didn't do any real work, but passed everything off to low-level, underpaid employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou should never have gotten rid of the founding CEO. He was truly a visionary and the best man to run the company.

This isn't a real company for profitability

    Sales (Former Employee)

ProsNo good reasons, no communications and a lot of lying

ConsManagement is non existent and no common sense. They spend money on travel like it is water and then say you have to keep within budget when there is no budget.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet another job, you are not managers, you are just trying to milk the system from the banks and your investors to line your own pockets.

IGPS is transitioning to a more mature platform and experiencing great change as a result

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe benefits are excellent if the pay for managers and below are somewhat wanting. Directors and senior execs are fairly well compensated. As always your boss makes or breaks your job but there is quite a bit of freedom in scheduling work/life depending on your job.

ConsPay for lower level positions not the best although the benefits (like free medical ins) are great.

Advice to Senior ManagementOwnership and senior level (CEO/President) level need to get their act together and communicate better with the employees.
