Pros
Scope of work and learning opportunities if one looks for.
Cons
Freshers' salary, food in cafeteria.
Advice to Senior Management
There's always a scope of improvement.
Pros
Good technology exposure for everyone in the company

Very bad salary structure for the employees
Advice to Senior Management
Please increase the salary

Cons
Ok types and needs improvement
Advice to Senior Management
Improve yourself on transparancy
Pros
Good place to work if you are looking for a service based company.
Work is secure.
The respect given to employees is good.
Onsite opportunity given is better compared to most companies in the same grade
Cons
Salary is very poor
Not much to learn technically as most of the projects are in maintenance, so you will not get an opportunity to learn new things easily.
Technical training is never given
3 months notice period - Fail
Advice to Senior Management
Salary hike should be good, Compare with other companies in the same grade and provide the salary. Promotion should be proper.
Pros
Good place to work with respect to colleagues, onsite opportunities if you stay long.
Cons
Very bad H.R policies, notice period is changed to 3 months.
Offshore salary will never increase.
If you be vocal it will fall on deaf ears.
Same amount of work but different salaries to the same grade.
Advice to Senior Management
If you look after the old timers well they would perform well than the laterals you hire at a higher cost.
Pros
Employees are Friendly and Help each other
On-Site Opportunity
No much work pressure but depend on projects
Exposure to Clients and less Shadow resources
Cons
Less Pay
Least paid at on-site too
No significant hike for grade S3-M1, only good hike for managers and HR
HR and Managers are paid high for making some nonsense organizational policy which doesn't do any good for employees and only for them
3 month Notice period which is not negotiable and no Buy Back , so its like a jail cant jump out easily
Ego Clashes between managers effect the appraisal of employees and HR only support managers not employees
Any concern raised by employee regarding Salary are not taken care after years of complaints
Not a Best employer as they say, As per my knowledge majority has given a negative feed back ,but don't know how they get the Awards for best employer.
Advice to Senior Management
Salary Should be kept as per market standard and no false facts like best employer should be displayed on the buses.
Pros
International Environment
Good Work Life balance
Good Career Exposure
Cons
Low compensation for good work
Incompetent Managers
Advice to Senior Management
Put more effort to motivate employees
Pros
Need carrier growth work from offshore. Onsite work culture is completely different. You should be upto date in technology to keep your position tight.
Cons
Onsite is still a labour to the project lead as needs to devote more time after hours from home to coordinate with offshore team memebers.
Advice to Senior Management
Building a open incentive sales framework across the employee and sharing it in a transparent method to all levels of employee can bring more business to the corporate. Quaterly performance and incentive needs to be measured across the board in real parameters like delivery excellence, customer satisfaction etc.
Pros
Good learning opportunities, good environment (if leave GE account), job security, work pressure is optimal, short term onsite opportunities are available
Cons
Salary is not very good. Especially for freshers. Least long term onsite opportunities. Mostly they have maintenance projects so less development work
Advice to Senior Management
Management is doing very good job.
Pros
Good experience, exposure on a variety of projects. Was able to get exposure on multiple projects and got great client facing experience. This enabled me to hone my delivery skills, presentation skills and soft skills in general. The intellectual capital of the company is reasonably strong, especially at Senior Management levels.
Cons
Need more competitive benefits package to attract talent. The company has done some good marketing in India. They need to come up with a better strategy for US, like hiring local talent, being reasonable with travel expenses. Most of the current employees in US are visa holders from India.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to hire more local talent.
