I have been working at iLink-Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Initially good but quickly went downhill. Working on a client project but no work really. As long as you are billed, you are just fine.

    Cons

There is no learning and there is no energy in the workplace. A lot of people seem to be leaving to better companies. The benefits are so-so and the pay is below average. Technically there is nothing new. My manager seems to be a nice guy but technically he is a dud. If you want to slack off and still get paid, this is the place to be!

    Advice to Management

    Increase the benefits. Pay more.

    I worked at iLink-Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nothing to brag about. Sometimes, the job is interesting. The technology is very outdated and the support staff are a leach.

    Cons

The management has no clue what they are doing. They pay less salary to non-visa holders. Check out the kitchen notice board for salary information once you join. The management is all Indian and they only look for Indians to promote. If you are being hired, reach out to former employees and get feedback before joining. HR provides the worst service. Its an open secret in the company that they fake reviews. The offshore coordination can become very taxing and can be a drag on your quality of life.

    Advice to Management

Respect the career of individuals and provide good HR service to your employees. Get the HR department out. HR is not a lapdog for the CEO. Have some pay parity.

I have been working at iLink-Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Supportive management. Good learning environment, deadlines are reasonably paced. Flexible work schedule available. I feel like I am contributing towards a company with a good work life balance. Ability to cross train and learn new areas based on interest level without interference from superiors. When volume is high or the work challenging, I can work with full confidence that my superiors will support me if I fail. I am encouraged to take time off as comp off to balance out the occasional high workload.

    Cons

As a growing company, sometimes it is challenging to have a backup for all key roles.

I have been working at iLink-Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I feel ILink is a very good and excellent employer to work with. I always felt it is a WIN-WIN Situation and Opportunities in ILink Systems. HR - US is very king enough to listen and understand employees issues and interests. They kept correct expectations and met all the promises that they made. I feel they are very Genuine in what they are doing and promising. I felt a great confidence before joining the Firm and continue to have confidence while i am with them. They have a good number of good projects and i have few friends working on different accounts for the company. They have the same opinion during our discussions. I joined ILink from Top 10 IT MNC. Overall, I feel working here is a better place rather than working in a big corporate.

    Cons

I dont really see any Cons.

    Cons

With all the innovation happening, there is a chance that a few might miss out of projects in some old technologies

    Advice to Management

Like the solutions frameworks we learnt during orientation. Would like to see how you can make teh entire company participate in such efforts.
