Pros – Loyal to a company I work in, learn quickly, take initiative, creative, responsible and easy to work with, perfectionist, like learning a new things. Multitasking. If dont know something and dont find solution by my self, always asking my colleagues.

Cons – Workoholic, which is not very good for my family, but if i began something, i have to finish.

Pros – Most of the people that you work with are friendly and trying their best with the limited resources they have.
Great insurance plan.

Cons – As mentioned, very poor compensation.
Expectation that you are always "on."
Do not expect to be treated like an adult, try to leave early/come in late for appointments because you will be told you need to "make up the time."
Too much micromanagement. Extreme emphasis on following work instructions to the letter. If you step outside the lines, you will be spoken to.
The process gets in the way of the job.
Extremely dysfunctional management team. Yelling at and insulting employees is commonplace.
There is no real teamwork among the different divisions. Everyone is looking for someone else to blame and senior management feeds into this culture.
There is no feeling of working towards a common goal. Every division is run as its manager's personal fiefdom.
The US "headquarters" is actually just a satellite office. All major decisions and development go through the Israel office.
A distinct lack of knowledge of how the US healthcare market works. And a distinct disinclination to learn the differences between US and Europe.

Advice to Senior Management – Replace current management stucture.
Provide more training
Review compensation structure
Understand that there is a work/life balance

Pros – The Tel Aviv office is a fun, young and a dynamic place to work in. There are a lot of new opportunities popping up at any given time allowing for employees to take initiative and distinguish themselves. Management is very flexible regarding work hours and working from home.

Cons – The iMDsoft work force (excluding programmers, but not always) aisre poorly trained and with very little relevant education. The company focuses on bringing in cheap work force and on-the-job training.
The company has failed to raise an educated and competent middle management as well as bringing in managers with experience in companies other than iMDsoft.
This results in management that has no work experience outside the company, thus maintaining long standing mediocre management styles and competences.

Advice to Senior Management – Proactively and aggressively invest in professional education at all levels of the company with focus on young managers.

Cons – Everything. Mis management, no career growth and poor salary
