I have been working at iNDELIBLE

    Pros

Unprecedented ability to handle the product from birth to delivery is what makes iNDELIBLE. Great opportunity for personal growth and learning.

    Cons

Office is right on top of a methadone clinic or homeless shelter. Every single decision gets micro managed by either the CEO or COO. Titles come without power.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"Get out of the way" would be my advice. Management needs to get out of the way and trust those that they hire. It was a great place to work for a minute, but having your bosses on YOUR side makes all the difference.

Beware of Indelible! It eats its employees alive, and will certainly leave an Indelible impression on you & your career.

    I worked at iNDELIBLE

    Pros

Funky place to work, "cool" people, or at least people who are constantly trying to be cool. You're in the heart of New York city, connected to the fashion and cosmetics industry, which can be fun and interesting at times. Leading edge technology, conveniently located near Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Working atmosphere, though pressured and often extra hours and sometimes weekends from home, is full of conversation, joking and interaction all day long.

    Cons

Stay away!!! That's as plain as I can put it. These are not the words of a disgruntled employee, these are the words of somebody who was quite successful at Indelible and saw, first-hand, how management treats its employees: in short, like crap. You are a disposable entity. You will be used and worked to the bone, with extra hours standard, and then you will be discarded like yesterday's trash when you are no longer needed, because big boss Ross decides suddenly that he needs more money for his stock portfolios. You will think your career is advancing, and then suddenly, and abruptly, it will come to a stop as you are, with a shocked look in your eye, escorted out the door by security and deposited outside on the sidewalk in front of 535 Eight Avenue -- not for anything you have done wrong, but because of Indelible's "modular", "replaceable" and "disposable" approach towards its employees. Stay away from Indelible, and warn your friends!!! The only time I would ever consider working for Indelible is if you treat the job in your mind as a short-term contract job, that can be terminated at the drop of a key for any reason. Don't get comfortable there, not for a moment -- then you might survive and enjoy the supposed "coolness" of the place. If you are looking for steady work and an advancement in career, then run, fast, from this place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Greed is not always good. There is karma in the world, and the way one treats others comes back to bite a person in the end, one way or another.

    Free drinks in the cupboard.
    Nice space.

    Cons

Terrible lack of communication from top down.
Firing people for no reason and without warning.
    Bad location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and provide regular reviews to help your employees along rather than firing them so indiscriminately.
