    Pros

    iPerceptions offers interesting Voice of Customer and Intent Recognition solutions for a stable of well-respected brands. There are a number of good and professional people working here.

    Cons

    The boss's inappropriate conduct with his staff (Glassdoor does not permit elaboration). For those who value integrity, good judgment, character, and respect in leadership and with those they work with, or refer close friends to, let this be a caution. iP may be a good company but it's rotten at the top.

    Passion, vision and a can-do attitude shared by the entire staff
    Great brand equity
    Free pizza, chicken and yoga every week!!! You can always go back for seconds.

    In the past there was a bit of uncertainty from time to time
    The compensation packages could be much improved

    Pros

    The privilege of working with a dynamic and professional team is probably the best part about working at iPerceptions. The company is also small enough that you know everyone by name giving a real sense of family.

    Their "open door" & open communication policies allows for free expression of idea's.

    Free Pizza or Chicken on Fridays! :)

    Cons

    Montreal winters are way too cold...brrrrr!!

    Pros

    So cool to work with big brand client websites and help them with their online strategy. Made a lot of progress in our solutions in the last year and now most political BS is gone. bunch of smart folks that like working together. Always something interesting going on. CEO tells us what's going on every Friday lunch.

    Cons

    Great area to work in near subway but building is so-so. long narrow space and split between two. not enough money to properly promote the great stuff we have.

    Spend more to promote the Company and products.

    Pros

    iPerceptions has done a great job of turning the company’s moral and vibe around. Management has changed quite significantly over the past 2 years but they have a firm understanding of the marketplace as well as the vision to take the corporation to the next level with new product developments and enhancements. The ability to work with large fortune 2000 clients on a daily basis is a great privilege and knowing that you can make a difference in their business is highly rewarding.

    Operating in silos is not what iPerceptions is all about, it is very much focused on teamwork and you can see that in all facets of the business. Our CEO’s door is always open and he stresses to us the importance of communicating with him any thoughts we may have on our business or the corporate vision.

    Cons

    Due to our size and the nature of our business at times it might be difficult to climb the corporate ladder.

    We have our eyes and ears open since we are on the ground everyday dealing with clients and their issues, keep on soliciting us for feedback just as you have done in the past.

    I worked at iPerceptions

    Pros

    Lots of engrossing, exciting projects to be involved with: one has basically carte blanche to develop cutting edge online customer satisfaction research tailored to each client's needs. One works with Fortune 500 companies. There is a lot of interesting discussion going around.

    Cons

    Management is very incompetent - efforts to optimize the work flow are counterproductive and meritocracy doesn't really exists. Heavy, destructive politics conducts the company business more than straightforward interest in its success.

    Set your priorities straight and have the courage and grandeur to follow through! Have vision!
