iProspect Reviews

Pros
Great workplace culture, lots of opportunity to learn even if you have little experience in the field, amazing coworkers, good benefits
Cons
Pay is below average for the industry, there are not many opportunities for advancement within the company (especially if you're not an account-side person), workload can be at times very heavy and throw off work-life balance, your experience varies significantly based on who your manager is
Advice to Senior Management
Focus more heavily on employee retention and developing career paths to keep more experienced people on board. It's bad for morale and inefficient to have to have so much turnover when many people are just itching for a reason to stay with the company. It's more expensive to have two or three inefficient employees doing the job of one really experienced and driven person, and unfortunately most of those people leave the company within a couple of years.
