    Pros

Great place to start a career. Great training, lots of learning opportunities and a very good resume builder. You can also join task forces to contribute in your area of expertise and become a better leader

    Cons

Extremely cliquey office that makes outsiders feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Salary becomes uncompetitive after a few years. Lots of time spent on reporting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more aware of cliques and stop condoning them. They're draining trust from the larger organization by fostering a culture of exclusivity

    Account Services Intern

I worked at iProspect as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone on staff is very supportive- questions are encouraged and not looked down upon. Fellow employees/supervisors are willing to help you. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed - dress code is casual and you can bring your dogs to work with you. Sense of community is strong here too- there are plenty of company activities/group sports for those who want to be involved. Even though I was only an intern, I still felt valued and known by upper management. If you like SEO and social media advertising, I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

    Cons

No cons concerning the company itself, but this line of work requires using a computer for everything you do. Some people aren't bothered by this, and many other businesses are the same way, but I personally felt very restless at times and wished I were able to be more active during work hours. Again, this isn't the fault of the company itself.

    Pros

Large accounts, deep resources and a well known brand allow for personal & professional growth. Hours aren't too bad, and in general, your staff and colleagues will be awesome.

    Cons

It's hard to say what the cons are as every ad agency gig is going to be similar. Somewhat underpaid, lots of work to do, somewhat long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more sales people to grow business.

I have been working at iProspect full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

So many people started at this company in one area, and had the opportunity and the trust to move into other areas, to pursue our passions. I enjoy the culture that focuses on people and development of not only our careers but us as people. We have amazing bonding events and our Fort Worth office is dog friendly. Client services teams have the opportunity to work with big name brands in an industry that is literally changing the world as we know it.
I really appreciate and enjoy the passionate team who works hard and plays hard - every day.

    Cons

We are an agency - work hard, play hard is our mantra. :)

    Pros

Great people and fun events contribute to a great post college culture of work hard and play hard.

    Cons

Way too much turnover leaving too much work on too few people. I personally had to train two people in higher positions how to do SEO and PPC.

I have been working at iProspect full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

In my time at iProspect, I have had the chance to work on some big name clients and learn a ton about digital marketing. The people who work here are smart and hard working and I look forward to seeing them every day. We are always being given the opportunity to learn more through collaboration and trainings.

    Cons

Sometimes long hours. Morale has been low after internal management changes. Managers on some teams are young and have little management experience.

I worked at iProspect full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The checks always clear at iProspect, and the name alone is a great resume builder.

    Cons

iProspect has been riding its reputation in the industry for almost a decade, but hasn't done anything innovative or successful for its clients for many years. The turnover is outrageous, the leadership refuses to address the turnover along with other issues, and clients have been vanishing slowly for the past five years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Address many of the HR concerns your employees have. Maybe consider shaking things up with leadership, the downward trend seems consistent with little hope for improvement.
