    Pros

Good exposure. There are some good clients working for whom will give you good experience. It is good that they have big teams.

    Cons

Bad work culture. Ruthlessness is rampant here. Such high work pressure that don't have word to express the magnitude of the same.

    Advice to Management

    No advice will work.

    Pros

Very understanding senior management operations manager. I had been in the non IT team. And my performance have been affected because the ups and downs in the market. But constant motivation from my senior made everything possible. Value the support and faith my senior showed in me.

    Cons

Too much work pressure. Very high expectations. But in the end these two things bring out the best in all.

    Advice to Management

Try to understand your people. Don't change your attitude depending only on billing given. Had the manager not been so good you would have high attrition because of your insensitive response to your employees when they don't perform well.

    Pros

NO PROS TO BE DISCUSSED. ENTER IQUEST IF YOU WANT MENTAL HARASSMENT. I WOULD SUGGEST AN ASYLUM WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO GO.

    Cons

Horrendous work culture ,brainless management ,awful policies and rules , monopoly by the Director, you are treated as a bonded slave rather than a respectable employee.

    Advice to Management

Go screw yourself iQuest. Your downfall is knocking at your door and all credit goes to your attitude towards employees and semi mad policies.

    Pros

It is a company that believes in giving chances to freshers and new comers in various roles. Will help an employee learn the ropes and gain valuable experience and exposure in a well structured environment.Performers are elevated quickly and the management is not hesitant to give additional responsibilities to employees.

    Cons

The breaking-in period for new employees is a bit tough. Chopping and changing within the teams are difficult to handle. Work life balance concept is poor amongst the employees.

    Advice to Management

A better structure can be put in place to ensure the new employees have a feel good factor initially.
