I have been working at iQuest Consultants full-time

    Pros

It is a company that believes in giving chances to freshers and new comers in various roles. Will help an employee learn the ropes and gain valuable experience and exposure in a well structured environment.Performers are elevated quickly and the management is not hesitant to give additional responsibilities to employees.

    Cons

The breaking-in period for new employees is a bit tough. Chopping and changing within the teams are difficult to handle. Work life balance concept is poor amongst the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A better structure can be put in place to ensure the new employees have a feel good factor initially.

    Recommends

I have been working at iQuest Consultants full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

NO PROS TO BE DISCUSSED. ENTER IQUEST IF YOU WANT MENTAL HARASSMENT. I WOULD SUGGEST AN ASYLUM WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO GO.

    Cons

Horrendous work culture ,brainless management ,awful policies and rules , monopoly by the Director, you are treated as a bonded slave rather than a respectable employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go screw yourself iQuest. Your downfall is knocking at your door and all credit goes to your attitude towards employees and semi mad policies.

    Doesn't Recommend

Current Employee - Recruiter in Pune (India)

I have been working at iQuest Consultants full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Time flexibility (Flexibility in reporting time and 7 hours rule), enough growth opportunities, salary on time, decent work environment, Training programs, Weekend Mania (fun activities), approachable CEO and departments, Process oriented company, considerate senior management.

    Cons

Every company has some areas that requires improvement and iQuest is not an exception. A few points that the company should try working on are their leave structures. Less public holidays, no. of other paid leaves can be increased for senior employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should increase either the number of public holidays or paid leaves or can make all Saturdays off, if not for all at least to ones who have spent more than 3 years in the company (presently 2 days are off). Can have more cash / spot incentives for employees at all levels.

Current Employee - Team Lead in Pune (India)

I have been working at iQuest Consultants full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

They provide full training to get the best out of new employees, it include induction and training on all aspects of the job i.e, : the recruitment process, sales, market sector and technical skills. Their approach is +ve, honest & truly professional. Their incentive structure & policies are majorly employee friendly. Financial targets are kept low for the first few months in iQuest. New joiners get minute mentoring from senior consultants. Female employees are strictly asked not to sit after 8 PM.

    Cons

Opportunities exist but they don't come easily. The better you will perform, the more you will grow in a company & eventually you will get your keys to success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some brain storming and thinking mind needs to be applied while implementing any change. employee engagement should be introduced more.
