    Pros

Good diverse workplace with people interested in putting out a good product. Agile based dev. Order management, procurement and business intelligence for the food industry.

    Cons

Different solution platforms from multiple M&As make it a challenge to integrate various solutions in a way that would minimize redundancies.

    Pros

This is a good company if you're looking for a stable long term position and want a sense of security and don't mind to be a bit bored. The company has a solid product, the customers are locked into long term contracts, the pay is reasonable, the hours are flexible and people don't look too stressed out.

    Cons

there is no career path, the technology hasn't been changed in years, high turn over. I wouldn't say this place is bad, but it could be boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

On a high level, the management has come up with a working business strategy, put a solid product on the market and running the company reasonably well, so these people know what they are doing.

    Pros

Live/Work Balance, Fun Team, great process and technology for Boise Campus

    Cons

The people who where closest to management where the same people who were least capable of doing the thier job. No understanding of requirements and project management. While management has good intention they still run the company as if it were 20 people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the people who do the real work and not the people who always agree with you.

    Pros

Company is lowest cost provider of service, so customer base is expected to grow dramatically. Small staff puts out a lot of high quality code. It's a good place to learn all the latest technologies as weill as AGILE. Roper, the parent company has high expectations for the company.

    Cons

Itradenetwork pays below average salaries. It is hard to keep talented engineers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees who have left regarding changes to management and compensation restructuring.
