    Start up environment, building and transforming. Great product and great people.

    ProsPeople, Product and sense of accomplishment.
    Able to impact the bottom line directly due to size of the organization

    ConsWork life balance...working on it. Lack of investment in training. Need to do a better job at holding people accountable.

    Forward looking, Growing and Transforming

    ProsMaking major enhancements in process, technology and quality. Growing rapidly. Very cool technology challenges. Really good people (mix of experience and new people)

    ConsSome people who aren't high performers and/or are not evolving their skillsets are not happy. It's a classic example of a company moving from start-up to high growth mode and that isn't comfortable for all people.

    Advice to Senior ManagementManagement generally takes a "cannot confirm or deny" attitude regarding future layoffs. I'd recommend that they get more specific. More specifically, 1) If you deliver and customers love you, you have nothing to worry about, 2) if you're on the tech side, you have to either grow by having up-to-date technology skills (SOA vs client server) or progress as a business expert (health plan guru) e.g. to lead implementations. 3) If you're performing repetitive tasks, automate them and take on more.

    Lay offs and Outsourcing of jobs!

    ProsDiminishing pros - I do not see many pros other than that the Benefits may be good here.

    ConsLay offs always feel personal though they may not be.

    Advice to Senior ManagementYou guys did not know how to manage $150mn of capital. You give excuses(senseless)
    WE thought the the capital was supposed to lake us to the next level by leveraging our domain expertise. Instead you spent the money in reorganizing - yet to see results. I am not sue how many of the employees including Sr. Mgmt can confidently say that things have improved and they have a better work-life balance. We were slogging in the start up phase and remain in the same state after over 10yrs of existence.

    Too many lay-offs

    ProsIf you work for an outsourcing company that services this one, your ok.

    ConsAll jobs are being outsourced. Only the upper once are kept to service themselves.

    Fire Fighters needed ASAP. This place is burning fast.

    ProsHealthcare is SO hot right now. It's an incredible industry from all angles. Especially Healthcare exchange. If you are looking to work crazy amount of hours with no respect or incentive or appreciation, then this is the place for you,

    ConsRaises suck
    Layoffs every quarter
    Off shoring all the good work
    Leadership is a joke - condescending and ungrateful
    Never a thank you - even when it's expected that we work crazy hours over the weekends.
    HR doesn't exist
    QA barely exists
    They lied to us, brought us over on sponshirps and now they're ditching us.
    20+ products that don't talk to each other
    Not sure if we've ever had a solid release

    Advice to Senior ManagementSay Thank you. And Show it. CLEAN UP the building. It smells, there are bugs.
    How about some good coffee like the execs have in 132. 118 and 134 are pits. We keep hearing there's no money, but the execs have brought in more managers that do nothing in the last two years we don't understand. Some of us are stuck here sirs.

    Chop shop

    ProsNone. One can foresee holiday in mexico as a part of business trip.

    ConsNo career growth. Sr. Management sucks, they seem to present false picture to employees on the progress of the company. Have lay offs almost every other month. Random decisions on replacement of resources with offshoring. Nobody knows who is next - lots of job insecurity. No honesty with clients.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCEO needs to probably grab a spot on the working floor to see how this place operates, that way he understands what is really going on.
