  1. It's a good learning experience but the kind of time stretch it demands invades your personal time as well.

I have been working at in-sync Consumer Insight Corp. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Learning experience, Good Team Dynamics,

    Cons

    1. Lot of time stretch does invade your personal time, need to be a pro to have a professional and personal time balance 2. Compensation on lower side in comparison to other industry players

    Advice to Management

    1. Need to inculcate the habit of work and personal time balance which has to be driven top down 2. Need to match up on compensation fronts

  2. Great place to learn, very bright and high-achieving staff, interesting problems to solve.

I worked at in-sync Consumer Insight Corp. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

in-sync was an amazing place to evolve as a professional, having exposure to a range of folks from business strategists, to project managers, to social scientists. Pushed the envelope in terms of applying sociological concepts/methods to market issues and understanding human behaviour. Strong, savvy and experienced leadership, and well-formed and articulated research and strategy products that clients could come to count on. A range of very interesting projects and many big-player clients.

    Cons

At times, juggling multiple projects and demands in tight timelines could lead to burnout of otherwise very motivated people. Would have liked to see some groups get recognised for the value they bring to projects more overtly, such as designers and project managers.
