Pros
good exposure to new technologies
great onsite opportunities
Cons
1) unstable management
2) poor intelect in the management
Advice to Senior Management
the management needs to work more to be stable themselves only then the company can be stable
Pros
Infrasoft is focused on BFSI domain. It has a very strong domain expertise. It has a very strong presence and long term associations in the co-operative banks section in Maharashtra. It can provide very good domain learning opportunities. It has very good people so you can make friends.
Cons
Infrasoft is poor in people management. There is negligible HR presence and there is no focus for growth of its employees. There is too much politics and some of the oldies may be favoured over competent people. It uses outdated technology and there is a reluctance in changing over to newer technologies. It has a poor long-term strategy for itself as well as employees. There is too much of work and poor work-life balance.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more open. Be more pro-ative.
Pros
Maximum salary in hand ....
Cons
Mainly support work .... ok ok
Advice to Senior Management
co-operative .....respect former and current employee
Pros
If you are a yes man this place is nice for you. Some of the people are very nice to work with. Sinc eit is a very small firm you might move up the ladder pretty quick
Cons
The senior management has scant respect for employees. They don't mind censuring you in front of others. They are not very recipient to change. They believe in continuing work in the old adhoc way
Advice to Senior Management
Respect your employees. At least don't censure them in front of others. Be acceptable to change
