Pros – Fast paced company in growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. CEO is extremely strategic. Customer loyalty exceeds industry averages.
Cons – Disparity at the Board Level. In growth mode, but profits are thin so anxiety at the top is causing organization to be in a constant state of change. Heavy internal turnover in 2008.
Advice to Senior Management – Allow CEO to truly run the company. He's a long-term thinker with a solid vision. Client's respect his consultative approach and analytical mind. Raise more money to buy-out Chairman and allow forward thinking to take place on a more consistent basis.

Pros – Flexibility of schedules, comfortable work environment
Cons – Relationship rather than performance based decision making regarding promotions.
Very little structure or training for in coming employees
Advice to Senior Management – Place a higher emphasis on the employee rather than the bottom line. IF more investment was made into structuring training and company policies rather than laying off employees the instant work decreases, the company would see more stability
