Cons – Oftern changing structure in the support group
No clear vision where they want to go
Advice to Senior Management – Develop and share a vision for us and start showing appreciation for the people that work 60+ hrs per week.

Pros – One man show so you do everything and in process learn eveything
Lot of exposure
Cons – No clear path of growth after becoming senior consultant
Advice to Senior Management – You have great people working for you. Tap them, listen to them, give them a chance and make the environment performance savy

- flexible hours if you work in the support center.
- good benefits
- international culture
- can do attitude
Cons – - no career pathing
- limited opportunities to grow
- sr management needs to be more involved with consultants career paths
Advice to Senior Management – communicate early and often. discuss career paths with consultants. not everyone wants to remain a consultant for the rest of their lives. offshore more, especially non-value adding activities like providing SAP maintenance.

Pros – Great if you have a career plan that also is a part of the itelligence strategic goals and directives, or if you are new to SAP (no experience).
Cons – Very difficult to advance or move laterally without a replacement, which you may have to train yourself. They also offer no MBA reimbursement.
Advice to Senior Management – think long term, not short term, there's more than one way to chase the almighty dollar.

Pros – 70% was in favor of the improvement of the system
Cons – 30% there is less support to the improvement of the system, so that the old system should still be used without any changes
Advice to Senior Management – Should improve the management of existing, and add to or improve the quality both in terms of management or the information, the system must be run in accordance with the procedures established procedures and reliable security that can lead to efficiency and effectiveness in work.
