    Pros

Good people working for the company, fun in some cases, breakfast lots of catering for lunch. Nice christmas parties, company massages half paid by the company. Location is great, near all the movie action. Get to see lots of movie premiers from your desk. Company discount on movie tickets.. 5.00 movie tickets

    Cons

Horrible with promoting high producers, management is the worst I've ever had. Company charge backs on your commission is always a fight at the end of the month. Their motive is to keep as much as your commission as possible. You could make really good money if you work 15 hours per days. At the end of the tunnel, if your looking to make more than 45,000 per year this is not for you as a high producer in sales. Oh and very high turn over.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn something so you could help your team, Don't corner your employees because you can't answer their questions. Loud talking them or using profanity is not always the professional approach. Honesty is alwasy best when it comes to someones Livelihood.

    Pros

Office is located in all the action on Hollywood Blvd, Free bagles on Mon and Wed great people to work with.

    Cons

Poor commission structure, very bad, commission structure changes when sales reps make more money than they've budgeted for. sales department is flooded with customer service calls. Company does not care for employees, you will never receive a raise. customer service also does sales which takes money from the sales department, chargebacks could wipe out your entire commission,
High turnover, 401K is not matched, only 500 per year from company. not a good place for someone over 35 year of age looking for a career. If your just looking to get experience, this is the place for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn the product so you could help your team, fight for your team when it comes to the commission structure. Have proper protocall when it comes to advancement. Happy employees makes a Happy Company.

    Pros

Great people working on the sales floor.

    Cons

Terrible management, poor commission structure, low employee moral due to company constantly figuring out ways to take commissions away. The sales floor gets worse everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees the way you want to be treated. You would not like your commissions that pay your bills and feed your family to be taken away from you.

    Pros

Great location, in Hollywood. Good worker bees. Decent benefits. The company is very profitable. Very nice Holiday party at the end of each year.

    Cons

The upper management is terrible. They don't trust their employees. Many have been in place for years. If you are a female; forget about a promotion in this all boys club. There are no female directors in Southern California. Senior management exemplifies the term misogyny.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up, people. Women can lead. Get rid of your old way of thinking and make room for positive change. Get a PR firm to help you manage your brand -- look at the negativeness that exists. Fix it!

Current Employee - Telesales in West Hollywood, CA

    Pros

Benefits are good, Often provides free food

    Cons

Commission structure gets adjusted yearly to avoid sales rep to make more money. bonuses and accelerators were removed , but increased monthly goal, kept decelerators, call volume has decline to do customer service activating account, and sending sales calls over sea’s. morale is low with the exception of new reps which were not exposed to previous commission structures that allowed high earnings. Commission structure is awful, it does not allow you to take days off or vacation days because you will not hit goal and get docked 25 to 50 percent of pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

change commsion structure it will make a big difference, Reg sales reps would like to be take out occasionally like corp reps

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee  in  Los Angeles, CA
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Los Angeles, CA

    Pros

Very talented people who really care about the company's success. The company still does many extras for employees that were popular in the early days of dot coms. The work environment is fast-paced and exciting, lots of things going on all the time which is why there is always opportunities for you to show what you can do and contribute outside of just the job you were hired to do.

    Cons

The compensation and benefits are not the worst but some improvement there could go a long way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the communication to the rank and file so employees have a better understanding of the end goals for the multiple projects going on.
