Pros – It's a small company so your input really counts. A young employee can be exposed to and learn a lot and wear many hats, which is great if you are looking to learn. The people here are great and provide good and honest feedback for those looking to grow.

There is a lot of hard work involved, but they offer flexible schedules and you can come to work in a t-shirt and jeans.

You really feel valued. Overall, this is a great place to work.

Cons – It's a small company and takes time for new ways of thinking to take off.

Pros – Overall, kajeet's promise to the customer and focus of the customer were the main compelling reason to join, also to be part of a startup from the ground up. The early days were exciting; the last days were depressing

Cons – startup hampered by bad decisions and current market conditions

Pros – professional management, small company where everybody knows everybody, trust, great experience with developing production software, a lot of immediate gratification with features being used

Cons – company went through near death experience, and is very skimpy on compensation - both short-term (training, equipment) and long-term (compensation, benefits)

Advice to Senior Management – keep doing what you're doing, just reward people some
