    Pros

Great employee discount, culture and attracts amazing people

    Cons

Pay is low for the amount of work expected, loose guidelines for development and promotions -- be in the good ole boys club or your out

    Pros

Nice, up beat employees. Great perks. Quality products.

    Cons

Low pay. You must "educate" every single customer who appears interested in an item about the fit, and benefits of that particular item. Customers didn't always like it, I felt intrusive. It didn't feel genuine.

    Advice to Management

More positive words and coaching with employees from management. Less secrecy and sorority like atmosphere amongst key leaders and management.

    Pros

Fellow coworkers were very loyal to the company, since the company did not focus on telling the employees to sell as much as possible, but to educate the consumers on the company and its products. As an educator, there was a strong focus on your position; the company understood that it is only as good as its sales associates. Everyone was allowed a say and growth in the company was welcomed, which was reassuring to know the company cared so much about its employees.

    Cons

Overly optimistic coworkers that almost make it feel like they are not being genuine.

The cons to lululemon are the cons to the retail industry. Sometimes weird hours but management work with you to maintain work life balance.

    Cons

The hours since it is retail are not ideal. For a retail job this is a good job.
