I worked at medi USA full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great group of healthy vibrant people committed to a financially healthy company (German owned);
Cons – "second" division of company was treated as such! For example, product line needs to be expanded on;
Advice to Senior Management – Per diem amount of $30 (2012) is ridiculous! Otherwise compensation, bonus plan, benefits are pretty much what you would expect from this type of company in this type of industry
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I worked at medi USA full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great benefits and pay, HR really tries to make company great but it is too large and they don't have any authority.
Cons – People are incredibly insular, superficial and fake surface-friendly. No real connections or team building, no laughter ever, very overall depressing environment. Also, located out in the middle of nowhere so there is a commute. Only chance to get ahead is through favoritism and gossip. They have a high turn-over rate among office employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Check on your managers to make sure they are not tyrants.
