    Pros

Great people, great management, great brand and great fun. It's a company committed to excellence and that takes a lot of work, but I love being part of a really top-notch company. The team is fun and close.

    Cons

Like in all recruitment companies there is a high turnover of staff from new people into the industry.

I have been working at mgi recruitment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The multi-cultural team, city centre location, able to work to your own initiative, modern office space, great management, excellent clients, very well structured system, numerous opportunities

    Cons

MGI has changed a lot in the past year. With a big change to the Management the results have been excellent. The only con is that the team is young BUT the potential is colossal

    Pros

There are many interesting points to consider, working in mgi: - Multicultural environment - Very interesting commission system - Real career opportunities - A lot to learn - A really friendly team - Daily support from the manager

    Cons

You have to like to work under pressure unless you will not enjoy your work in Mgi recruitment. Reading other reviews make me think that these persons were not made for this kind of job: as long as you give the best of you, you will be helped and rewarded.

I have been working at mgi recruitment (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have different teams for recruitment, Advertisement and business development so everyone could focus completely on their role. In other agencies only recruiters are responsible for everything. They have multicultural work environment. Strong management team and good training structure. They are working with all reputed clients and have good business relations with them. Very good commission structure so that everyone could have chance to earn good money. They are providing Gym facility to their employees and have all utilities in their kitchen area. It's great pleasure to work with them.

    Cons

Less voyager licenses and delay in payment(sometimes)

    Advice to Management

Should have more Voyager licenses. Should announce small prizes or certificates for recruiter of a month, recruiter with best ads, etc to motivate and increase creativity of team members

I have been working at mgi recruitment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best thing about this company is the team. You're guaranteed to make some really good friends here. Because the company isn't a massive corporation you have time to personally connect with colleagues and it's like one big family. The company has undergone a massive transformation in the past year and the changes are really good. Now we get a gym membership, monthly staff party (and it's BIG), great coffee machine, and new PCs. If there's something needed then it's given! Also, if you're a recruiter, expect BIG commissions (if you work hard).

    Cons

It can be stressful, but isn't everywhere stressful? When you work with deadlines and have targets you do experience stress. You just need to know how to manage it. If you can't deal with flexibility and change then it's not for you, you're just not made for it.

    Advice to Management

The small things count... That personal bond you give is great... and the perks, they make us happy!

I have been working at mgi recruitment full-time

    Pros

Mgi gives you the opportunity to implement your skills if you have the sense of taking initiatives. This company has a lot of potential and evolved in a very competitive environment and is therefore subject to a lot of pressure. So it's a very dynamic environment with plenty to do.

    Cons

The renewal of employees is very frequent which can therefore be problematic regarding the organization.

    Advice to Management

The training of interns and employees should be reworked depending on the previous topic.

I worked at mgi recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great team, always ready to help you out if you struggle & very reliable - Easy going attitude & laissez-faire type of leadership, as long as you stay on track and do your job right - There have been many changes over the past months, which make the company more attractive as an employer - You can learn a lot about the different types of people & also about how to deal with them

    Cons

    - Very aggressive way of doing business - The environment can get really stressful if people struggle to reach their targets - Targets sometimes unrealistic - CEO not always open to suggestions

    Advice to Management

Please take better care of your employees & genuinely listen to what the have to say. Also, pay the interns, as they play a crucial part in your business model and you would not be able to operate on the same level without them. Additionally, it would make them feel more appreciated.

    Pros

None! Just a very bad company with a liar and cheating MD.

    Cons

So bad! Your lied to, shouted at. Treated like scum. Salary is always short if not massively late. Company about to go bankrupt. Do yourself a favor and don't work there. You won't learn anything, you'll be told a load of bull and very quickly you'll realise people come and go on a day to day basis.

    Advice to Management

    Give up. It's done!

I worked at mgi recruitment full-time

    Pros

Most of the staff were friendly that's about it with the pros

    Cons

I still get nightmares of the shouting and how everyone was spoken down to like dogs and I don't think I'll ever shake those memories

    Advice to Management

    Throw the towel in

    Pros

-You think you're strong ? -You would like to push your limit and you already plan a trip alone in the wild Bush, in the middle of nowhere, with no equipment, no water and no compass ? Forget it and welcome to MGI ! -First step of our fear factor: you would enter in a office where nobody smile, yeah...it's a waste of time, "AND MY TIME IS MONEY" (you need to be ready, you will hear this sentence 3 or 4 times per day). -Second step, "I WILL TRAIN YOU", forget it, it will never happen, you would be alone in the deepness of darkness -BONUS: If you are an intern, you could also be treated as a slave...without getting paid of course..."interns need to eat ???? REALLY ???" -BONUS number 2: "PIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELINE" (3-4 times per day...at least) -FINAL STEP: Buy your own coffee, milk, etc... And if you are still alive, I wih you the best !!

    Cons

Challenge ?? Try to stop treating people like piece of meat

    Advice to Management

Nothing...just stop doing what you are doing. And try to provide at least a correct salary...a bit more than 1200 Euros per month.
