    Pros

Great team, Great people. Consistent expectations and standards. Company focuses on developing the team with ongoing education and independent projects. They are an excellent group to join.

    Cons

You are expected to log your time, but that is fairly standard across the industry. The company has many clients, so if you are looking for a "same thing every day" environment it would not be for you.

    Pros

myIT.com has a terrific culture with a lot of positive attitude and customer focus. Your boss sees you as a person. This is a great environment to learn in.

    Cons

Little room for advancement or skill development. Once you know the SOHO environment, you want to be pushing your skills forward - this won't happen here. Clients tend to man-handle management. Too much traveling, and a lot of late nights.

    Advice to Management

Help control client expectations and keep clients under control. You run your company, not the clients. Create regular incentives for going above and beyond, so there's a desire to work those late nights.
