I have been working at nTelos full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good benefits. That is all

    Cons

Management, turnover, no job security, inconsistency, horrible base pay, inconsistent commission structure

I literally panic about the possibility of getting fired at least once a week. The micro management is almost too much. I look for a new job every single day. And this is after 5 years of employment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

    Reasonable pay for the area
Good opportunities for exposure to new technologies
