Former Employee – worked at nal von minden GmbH as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Good co wrokers and very nice and informal atmosphere. Everyone are treated well and equally. get a lot of freedom to do your job and to select your projects. Everyone from the co wrokers to management are very supportive and encourage and support you to do things differently than ususal.

Cons – Constantly have to adjust to new management and working procedure and some times you can be doing the same sort of work for a few days.

Advice to Senior Management – keep it up

Pros – Good atmosphere, no stress, acting quickly, quick decision taking, friendly people from all around the world, good coffee and flexible working hours, young team in a dynamic sector

Cons – Poor carreer future possibilities, no challenge (same tasks and hard to make top decisionals understand that there is other things to do for the business) ,

Advice to Senior Management – Give more openings and let employees give their advice on the business. Try to raise salaries as they are very low
