    Pros

    The work is at all areas of accounting: bookkeeping, revenue recognition, tax accounting, payroll, payables and human resources.
    Flexibility in hours.

    Cons

    The owner is very acquisitive and doesn't understand that one account is not enough for the firm of that size.
    Large amount of work. An accountant is responsible for parent and subsidiary company.
    Emotionally difficult to process termination checks due to high turnaround

    Increase human resource capital.

    Pros

    Coworkers are great, everyone has a "were in this together" vibe. That's about it.

    Cons

    Terrible pay even for skilled workers, no advancement opportunity, owner is a weirdo who could care less about humans, incompetent management, no perks of any kind, pretty much everything. Theres a huge turnover so you almost don't want to get to know people because they won't be around long. There is just an overall sad vibe in the office, there are a lot of smart people with good ideas but they are never listened to.

    Treat your employees better, period.

    Pros

    I wish. The only one is the coworkers. We all share the same grievance as our SL and no one listens to how we are treated. Better experience at dept collection.

    Cons

    No health insurance
    No growth opportunities unless you are a CSM favorite.
    No catered lunches
    No good morale
    CEO could give less of a care about customers, let alone employees
    Management sucks
    CSM roles around on a little iPod on a segway since she is never here
    We are treated like kids here.
    CSM points our errors
    She just fired a handful of us so we are all nervous about future employment
    Pays someone to post good reviews
    There's no helping the customers, just do as you are told.

    Replace management and find someone who knows how to treat people.

    Pros

    Easy to get hired if you are willing to be treated like you have no brain.

    Cons

    CSM is resonsible for the "F" BBB rating. Company run by a bunch of kids who know NOTHING about providing Customer Service. Read online reviews. They say it all. No benefits. This is the definition of a modern day concentration camp. CSM so petty that she hooked up an IPad to a Segway to roll it around and spy on Indy staff from CA. In my years of CS experience, I have never seen customers ripped off and treated like they are. This company needs shut down!

    Hire or promote ADULTS who have EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION to do what needs to be done to salvage your company before you are in the welfare line. Get rid of CSM (You know who she is) and hire someone who actually cares about your employees instead of treating them like they are in kindergarten. Raymond, come to Indy and talk privately with each of your employees and I bet you'd be in for an eye opening realization. None of your employees will even let their family/friends order from your company. Now that's says alot!!!

    Pros

    Generally coworkers are easy to get along with - good people come into this place unknowing of what lies ahead. Turnaround is high though so if you're getting along well with your coworkers they may be gone soon.

    Cons

    Everything. CEO knows nothing about how to run a company and does not care for input or feedback from employees. Low pay, no recognition of achievements or hard work, no benefits, etc.

    Realize that owning a business is not just about serving your needs and that the people who work for you are *people* not robots.

    Generally lax atmosphere
    Co-workers are generally easy to get along with
    Simple work and generally not difficult

    Cons

    Boss is horrible, incompetent and condescending.
    No benefits
    Horrible pay
    Little to vacation
    No way to move up or learn anything
    Fast employee turnaround
    Shady business practices
    Customers are very aggravating
