    Pros

tickets, benefits, multi cultural environement. Opportunity to learn and improve yourself. Accomodation/transportation provided, utilties included.

    Cons

short breaks, understaffed.Management very strict and regulations are very tight. The staff in my department were overloaded with work, frustrated and pushed to their limits. Some managers had no experinece whatsoever and were ony promoted due to their connections

    Advice to Management

    some departments are understaffed

    Pros

Good Money, lovely layovers, Good Pilots. If you are willing to stick to the rules and do your job, you will be very happy.

    Cons

Unfortunately the Company has a collective group of one or two nationalities that "run" the company and consistently use the Countries laws and regulations to justify is decisions. :(

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to your team in the air, they see, hear and experience much more and will rarely deviate from the truth. Get real people with real experience to regulate the happiness of your employees. T

I worked at qatar airways full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent travel benefits that allowed our family to explore places we never would otherwise

    Cons

Fear culture. Weak leadership. Promote change but never actually implement it. Extremely inefficient and outdated processes. Even some folks within the C suite have zero influence, the sad thing is they are happy with that setup!

    Advice to Management

Grow some. Challenge the status quo and introduce the modern way of run, sustain, and grow a business internally. Learn to trust your teams. There's no question the product offering is fantastic, but it comes at a huge price.
