Pros
Good product, great brand recognition. Company has tremendous potential, given Cloud Computing market is picking up. Really good sales team.
Cons
Very inexperienced top management. They seem to be mostly home grown with little experience working in the industry. Culture of back-stabbing staff and partners. Compnay vision is great but management is very political and short-sighted.
Advice to Senior Management
It will be tougher to maintain the market position in the next couple of years, after competition catches up. Need to bring some outside professional management before it's too late.
