Pros – This is a very good place to learn for freshers because they squeeze you badly.Saturday/Sunday off.You will be given the opportunity of client communications which helps in improving your communication skills.
Cons – You have to do billing on elance/odesk 9 hours per day and due to competition sales people takes 1000 hours of work only for 600 hours and this makes the life of a developer ruined.To complete your 9 hours billing you will have to sit 12/13 hours a day.Apart from coding you will be responsible for various types of documentation and you will be responsible for overall project management.
Advice to Senior Management – For document management they should hire SQA persons and developer should not be responsible for various types of document management.

Pros – * Talented team
* Good number of projects. Big as well as small.
* One can grow very fast by taking big responsibilities.
* Working culture is cool.
* A lot of other activities like communication skills improvement, one day with formal dress, celebrations on each festival
* Cricket
Cons – * Were not bother about employees dissatisfaction and their leaving.
* I think each guy has a some type of talent. So one should not let go any one. but they never did this.
* I saw many good people left due to their leads or so.
Advice to Senior Management – * They should get feedback from each employee from top to bottom and vice versa.
* They should check if an employee is leaving for valid reasons, not due to reasons inside company e.g TL or his behavior.
* They can give option to change project or team instead of changing company (leaving smartData)

Former Employee – worked at smartData Enterprises full-time for more than a year
Pros – good opportunity to work on new technology
Cons – Only care about client no care and respect for employee(due to hire and fire), provide least amount of salary, Components are very high on salary which reduces in-hand salary, office timing is not sure(come at 9:00 am and no time for leave), Even work on Saturday and other holidays, Politics and rowdy behavior by senior people and HR dept., there is no hidden feedback form for employees about the problems,
Advice to Senior Management – This company can become CMMI-5 level if it shows some respect to employees and take hidden feedback form from them about problems.
