Former Employee – worked at the washington examiner
Pros – great place to start out and gain experience if you're fresh out of college. Good compensation plans, pretty good senior leadership. Good quality paper, well written content.
Cons – Very limited amount of opportunities for advancement. Not a good place for growth or advancement. They loose a lot of talent because of this.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote from within. Compensate the people who are doing good work and making the company money.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
