    Pros

commission, perks like golf, activities and events for employees.

The owners are great. Almost always in the office and will make time to speak with you. Very friendly. Not your typical CEOs. They are involved in the company and with their employees.

    Cons

Very poor communication between managers, sales and recruiters.

Benefits aren't that great and they are more expensive than independent plans.

A clique-y company that plays favorites.

    Advice to Management

    Communication is key.

    Pros

Quick recruitment process for contractors but quick dumping

    Cons

Most horrible company to work for and Top Management out of touch with the business and clients. Payments are always late! No support for contractors when settling into a new client. No guidance nor any assistance to get help from Functional Managers. PM are left alone to do its own things untill client reports an issue and when w3r intervenes they always takes client side without investigation and PM is left to defend its action. Plus does not follow rules of the contract (pay or notice to terminate contract)

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who hare actively interested in the consultants & workers. Engage clients and ensure their mal participation is addressed and not dumped on Consultants

    Pros

The Hr Staff and Management do alot to make the consultants feel comfortable at thier respective assignments.

    Good communication
    Company Activities

    Cons

No benefit packages for consultants. When I started I wasn't aware that the role I signed up for was hourly only. Other than that no issues so far.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Variety of contract positions. Company is growing.

    Cons

Office staff 'periodically' connects with employees. Not many W3R faces in one place to collaborate and build camaraderie with.
