    Pros

I know the company is growing but too many changes.

    Cons

I was hired for a new program but I barely received any support from the management team. 95% of the time I was just sitting there doing nothing with no training and work. Then I got blamed for not doing any work.

    Advice to Management

Pay actual attention to employees and know what the employees want and need.

I have been working at xpedx (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The Company was in a state of change. This means that it could get better over time.

    Cons

The constant change created chaos, work distractions, human relation issues, as well as product and delivery issues.

    Advice to Management

Change is good when it's a program that provides goods and service that create profit. Implementing expensive programs that distract from profit and efficiency are counter productive.
