NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. “Contribute and Win” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 1, 2008 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Glassdoor.com, 3 Harbor Drive, Suite 101, Sausalito, CA 94965 (the Sponsor") who is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States, age 18 or older as of June 1, 2008. The participant must be a Glassdoor.com member. If not already a Glassdoor.com member, participant can enroll as one by going to www.glassdoor.com; there are no costs to join and no obligations of membership. This Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. Employees and families (spouse, children, siblings, parents, and their respective spouses or persons living in the same household of each of those listed) of Sponsor and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, dealers and their respective employees, brokers and sales associates and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

How to Enter: Enter by completing the registration form located www.glassdoor.com and questionnaire, and submitting a review. Entrants, as part of the registration process, will be required to enter an e-mail address. Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each completed review/questionnaire. Each entrant can earn up to three (3) Sweepstakes entries per year. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2009. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the entrant. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the declared winning entry will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Prizes: There will be Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 cash award. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Only the listed prize will be awarded. The Prize is not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value.

Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a series or monthly random drawings conducted by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. (“the Administrator”) an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The monthly drawings will be conducted on or about the 15th of each month beginning in July 2008 and concluding in June 2009. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.

Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the Sponsor and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner's entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law or Sponsor's Privacy Policy) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Entrants also consent to the use of the personal data they submit to be used solely by the sponsor and affiliated partners for marketing purposes, statistical analysis, or customer relations. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties and all entrants will be given the opportunity to opt-out at any time. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
